Julian is the owner of an education supplies company and is currently planning an open day to showcase his products to prospective customers. The event will be a great way to attract new buyers and to spread the word about what his company has to offer, while also being a great way to gain feedback and new ideas from customers. He is planning on providing a tour of his stock room and workshops, followed by discussions on the current school curriculum to see how his products can be used in the classroom. Additionally, he has hired Hog Roast Lamphey to cater for the occasion by serving a delicious buffet lunch for staff and guests to enjoy. Our classic hog roast was selected, with a few additional dishes to ensure that there is plenty for 300 guests to enjoy.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Lamphey team will arrive at the venue in the morning to prepare for the midday serving time. We will begin by preparing the main dishes, which include a delicious slow-roasted hog, marinated chicken kebabs, succulent pork sausages, and veggie sausages. The dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the side dishes, we will provide homemade chips, sweet potato fries, a green leaf salad, gourmet coleslaw, and corn cobettes. This will create a varied and delicious buffet lunch, with something for everyone to enjoy as part of the open day.
