When it is summer time it is barbecuing time, and our gourmet range is more than ample a choice to match to the heat of the week!
Though of course we have “hog roast” on our sign, one of the amazing things about the way we operate is that we are just as set up to provide grilled and barbecued specialities too. Our mobile roasting machines that we use for every single event can easily be adjusted to grill instead of roast, and thanks to the size of them too they can also grill up a lot all at once meaning we can throw quite the barbecue indeed. We are already all keyed up with excellent meat suppliers as well since we always look to the best for our roasts, so when it comes to putting on a barbecue we look to these same fresh premium grade meats and use them as the base for our burgers and sausages. Rather than store bought burgers and sausages you will find that our gourmet versions have been hand made by our veteran level chefs. For us this just means better quality and allows us to more readily control the immense flavour that our chefs get out of them. You haven’t had a barbecue quite like this before!
The Hog Roast Newgale gourmet barbecue range brings our own homemade twist on all of our classic British summer time favourites. As mentioned we of course have an abundance of burgers and sausages made from premium local meats ready to barbecue. These come served with our gluten-free rolls and wraps too with all the classic condiment accompaniments that you might expect from a barbecue. We also have our juicy chicken kebabs again made from high quality chickens, and our BBQ meaty marinated spare ribs – messy but delicious choice in the heatwave!
And that’s not all! What’s a barbecue without some fresh sides and salads. To help cool you off and keep you refreshed we have our freshly prepared seasonal green leaf salad, our own Greek salad, our chef’s own pasta salad, and our homemade coleslaw. Guests also enjoyed our homemade chips too for the perfect topper to an already perfect barbecue.
